We are looking to add a PRODUCT MANAGER to our Innovation team who shares this mission, serves as a direct contact with customers, and wishes to join our company at our OVIEDO office. Key responsibilities include: * Manage the full product/service lifecycle: vision, roadmap, deliveries, improvements, and continuous evolution. * Collect and analyze customer feedback to prioritize improvements with a value-driven focus. * Analyze service KPIs (including NPS) to identify issues and activate improvement plans. * Identify growth opportunities with existing customers (upselling) and coordinate expansion proposals. * Drive digitalization and process automation. * Coordinate pilots and launches, ensuring quality and functional validation before each delivery.
