Maintenance Technician

Description

A maintenance position is available in the Onís area (Asturias). Duties include periodic inspection of equipment and facilities, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, or other types of failures. Each intervention must also be recorded, coordination with other departments is required to minimize downtime, safety regulations must be followed, and work areas must be kept orderly and clean. Technical training in industrial maintenance, electricity, electromechanics, or a related field is required; prior experience is valued. Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, plumbing, and air conditioning is necessary, as well as the ability to independently resolve incidents, a proactive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to work as part of a team. A permanent discontinuous full-time contract is offered, with salary according to the collective agreement.
