At **Galvacolor**, we continue to grow and are looking to hire **an Industrial Electrical Maintenance Engineer** for our team in **Jerez de los Caballeros**. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and improving plant electrical solutions, ensuring correct installation, maintenance, and reliability of equipment and systems, as well as resource optimization and compliance with quality and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Maintenance preventive plan control and troubleshooting. * Daily tracking of corrective work orders generated by GMAO. * Verification of spare parts and material requisition. * Scheduling of plant shutdowns. * Inspection and supervision of work performed during scheduled shutdowns, as well as daily line inspection. * Telephone and in-person support to shift-based maintenance personnel. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (production, maintenance, quality). * Preparation of technical documentation and reports. **Requirements:** * Technical Industrial Engineering degree, specializing in electricity and/or electronics or related fields. * English (desirable). * Knowledge of technical software (CAD, maintenance management, SAP, etc.) (desirable). * PLC knowledge (preferably Tia Portal and Siemens Step 7\). * Knowledge of frequency converters and electrical schematic reading. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Prior experience is desirable; however, highly motivated junior profiles with willingness to learn and develop are also welcome. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing company. * Professional development and continuous training. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Job stability and long-term project. * Competitive terms commensurate with the candidate’s experience. **Are you interested?** Don’t hesitate—apply now!
