Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** Proven experience of at least **3\-5 years as a Backend Developer**, with a hands\-on focus on enterprise solution development: * Solid backend development experience with **Python**, designing scalable, maintainable, and high\-performance applications. * Experience in designing, developing, and integrating **REST APIs (RESTful APIs)** and in system and service integration. * Advanced knowledge of **relational and non\-relational databases**, especially **PostgreSQL** and **MongoDB**. * Experience with **containerization and orchestration technologies**, including **Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Helm**. * Knowledge and experience in automating **Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)** processes, preferably using **Jenkins**. * Knowledge of **application security**, authentication, authorization, and access management. * Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and communicate clearly with clients, technical teams, and business units. * High level of English (C1\) **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Backend Development:** Develop and maintain backend services using Python, ensuring high standards of performance, scalability, and code quality. * **Database Management:** Design, implement, and optimize data persistence solutions using relational (PostgreSQL) and non\-relational (MongoDB) databases, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration. * **API Design and Integration:** Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs following API architecture and management best practices—including documentation—to ensure secure and reliable integrations with frontend applications and third\-party systems. * **Security and Access Management:** Implement robust security and access control mechanisms, including authentication (OAuth2, SSO, JWT), authorization, user management, and role\-based access control (RBAC). * **Containerization and Cloud\-Native Development:** Containerize applications using Docker and deploy and manage services on Kubernetes/OpenShift, developing manifests, Helm Charts, and resilient, scalable solutions in cloud\-native environments. * **CI/CD Automation:** Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes—ensuring fast and reliable delivery cycles. * **Multidisciplinary Collaboration:** Work closely with technical and business teams to translate functional and technical requirements into efficient, scalable, and business\-aligned backend solutions. * **AI\-Based Solution Development:** Contribute to the development, deployment, and evolution of agentive artificial intelligence solutions, supporting Clinical Data Management (CDM) initiatives focused on clinical documentation generation and authoring. **And with us, you’ll enjoy:** Permanent contract **100% REMOTE** Internal training and access to certifications.
