DESCRIPTION We are seeking an **IT Lead** with at least **5 years of experience** to join two different projects within the Insurance sector, dedicating approximately 50% of their capacity to each project. The candidate must combine solid technical knowledge, a functional foundation enabling them to understand the business, and, preferably, leadership and team management capabilities. This is a highly technical position where, once integrated into the project, the candidate is expected to act as a technical reference for development teams, facilitate communication between business and technology, and contribute to process improvement and development management. **Required Profile:** ------------------- * Back-End profile with a strong technical foundation. * Versatile individual capable of quickly adapting to various technologies and projects. * Ability to become a technical reference within the team. * Strong communication skills and a collaborative orientation with multidisciplinary teams. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Act as a technical reference. * Collaborate closely with development teams and business areas. * Facilitate communication between clients and developers. * Drive improvements in software development organization and management. * Quickly adapt to different technologies and functional contexts. **Work Modality:** ------------------------- * Fully remote work is possible; however, availability for occasional visits to offices in Jaén or Córdoba—where the team is based—is viewed favorably. REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory:** * **JBPM** (solid knowledge or ability to acquire it within a very short timeframe). * **Java 8**. * **Spring Boot**. * Experience with **API Connect**, or with API definition and implementation using **YAML/OpenAPI contracts**. * Microservices development and experience with **JBoss** (or ability to rapidly adapt to this environment). * Relational databases: * SQL / PL/SQL. * Experience with tools such as **DBeaver**. * Proficiency in complex queries, joins, subqueries, and relational modeling. ### **Desirable:** * Experience with **Liferay**. * Knowledge of **MuleSoft** or similar integration/API management platforms. * Prior experience in technical coordination or team leadership roles. * English
