As a **Senior Support Lead (.NET / Azure)**, you will become the primary technical authority and driving force ensuring stability, optimization, and evolution of our client’s (Bank Julius Baer) critical .NET-based application portfolio hosted on Azure. If you seek an environment where your analytical and technical problem-solving skills not only maintain systems but also transform operational quality and guide fellow engineers, this is your place. ### **Your Mission (Your Challenges and Responsibilities)** * **Technical Authority (L3):** Serve as the definitive senior escalation point for resolving complex incidents, root cause analysis, and performance degradation in .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Razor Pages applications. * **Code Evolution:** Review, refactor, and deliver code fixes alongside minor enhancements aligned with agreed change capacity. * **Platform Guardian:** Proactively manage and monitor cloud infrastructure: Azure App Services, Azure SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and Azure DevOps pipelines. * **Quality and Deployment Culture:** Lead and act as the quality gatekeeper (*gatekeeper*) for all deployments via thorough code reviews, test validation, and release sign-off. * **Mentorship and Knowledge Transfer:** Train and guide the support analyst team on best practices in .NET development and incident management to elevate overall technical proficiency. * **Security and Remediation:** Collaborate closely with architects and security teams to mitigate vulnerabilities under strict time-bound agreements based on severity. ### **What We Look for in You?
