Job Summary: We are seeking a Refrigeration Technician to perform corrective and preventive maintenance, ensuring optimal operation and efficiency of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. Currently, we are seeking a Refrigeration Technician tasked with executing assigned corrective and preventive maintenance activities to guarantee optimal operation, efficiency, and safety of refrigeration systems in the commercial and industrial segments. Ensure compliance with the highest safety standards, promoting efficient energy use to optimize facility performance **Main Responsibilities** * Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration installations, identifying failures and replacing defective components (e.g., compressors, fans, expansion valves, tensioners, etc.). * Carry out assigned preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring their resolution. * Handle fluorinated gases and other refrigerants in accordance with current environmental regulations. * Provide technical advisory to clients, ensuring professional and personalized service. * Perform refrigeration interconnection and insulation of refrigeration systems, ensuring proper installation of piping, wiring, and other related components. * Configure control equipment, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and controlled devices in refrigeration installations based on specified operating conditions. Responsible for performing work in accordance with specifications provided by supervisors, adhering to professional best practices, and projecting a consistent, clean, hygienic, safe, effective, and high-quality image. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in maintaining refrigeration installations in supermarkets. * Ability to interpret advanced electrical and mechanical schematics. **Required Qualifications:** * Vocational Training Cycle GM or GS \- Installation and Services Family – Installation and Refrigeration \- Electromechanics or Electricity. * Certification authorizing handling of fluorinated gases of any charge. * Solid knowledge of welding techniques: TIG, MIG, oxy-fuel, and electric arc.
