You are a "solid" engineer who can navigate both backend architecture and frontend user experience with ease. * Technical Versatility: Deep proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Go, or Java/Kotlin) and modern frontend frameworks (React is highly preferred). * Self\-Driven Independence: A proven track record of working effectively in small, autonomous teams.
