And we look forward to doing this together with you! **Job Description** -------------------------- **Location:** Poza de la Sal (Burgos), Chantada (Lugo) **Modality: 100% on-site** The H\&S supervisor will ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the HSS management system at the wind farm, actively participating in the identification, assessment and control of risks, as well as providing technical advice for the development and review of work procedures. Their role is key to ensuring the safe execution of operation and maintenance activities carried out directly by company personnel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor compliance with current legislation and other applicable requirements regarding health and safety applicable to the wind sector * Supervise the proper implementation of internal standards (The Statkraft Way) and HSS procedures during task execution by internal personnel * Participate in activity planning meetings, providing safety technical criteria from the design stage through operational execution * Actively participate in hazard identification, risk assessment and determination of controls associated with wind farm operation and maintenance activities * Provide technical advice on health and safety in the development and review of work procedures, ensuring their alignment with legal, regulatory and organizational requirements * Verify the correct application of work permits, specific risk assessments and procedures related to high\-risk tasks (working at heights, electrical risk, confined spaces, among others) * Manage and keep updated the HSS management system documentation (procedures, instructions, records, reports, etc.) * Manage and deliver PPE on site * Ensure updates to inspections of equipment subject to worker review (PPE, training) and technical equipment (fire extinguishers, lifts, helpers, anchor points, lifelines, emergency rescue devices and similar) * Manage documentation for site access control through a document management platform * Conduct field safety inspections to verify working conditions and compliance with regulations, managing necessary corrective actions * Coordinate and carry out training, awareness, induction and drills related to health and safety * Investigate incidents, accidents and unsafe conditions, preparing technical reports with root cause analysis and improvement proposals * Produce site reports according to established KPIs **Requirements** -------------- * Intermediate Technician / Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (specializing in safety).
