The production operator will be responsible for a series of essential activities to ensure the proper functioning of the production line. Among their primary duties are continuous and appropriate feeding of production machines, ensuring optimal material flow to prevent unplanned stoppages. They will also perform process monitoring and control tasks, identifying and correcting minor line faults to maintain operational efficiency. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work environment is the operator's responsibility—a fundamental task to ensure both workplace safety and final product quality. Additionally, they will carry out other production-related tasks assigned by supervision, always adapting to daily operational needs. This role is critical within the production team, as the operator's work directly impacts the ability to meet established manufacturing volumes. Attention to detail and disciplined adherence to established procedures are key success factors for this position. The role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic environment where priorities may change. Collaboration with other team members is essential to resolve incidents and maintain a coordinated work environment. Finally, the operator will contribute to the plant's overall objective: maximizing productivity while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety across all operations. Compensation is determined according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement for this type of position within the company. Work is carried out under a rotating shift system covering the entire working day. There is a potential future opportunity—subject to performance and company needs—to become a permanent employee of the company. The work environment is industrial, requiring strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Demonstrable experience of at least two years in an industrial production environment is required. A valid forklift operator license is mandatory. Prior experience in the food industry and possession of a vocational training qualification related to the industrial sector will be considered advantageous. Candidates must have full availability to work rotating shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
