Third-Level Skilled Worker – Scaffolder: We seek to hire a **Third-Level Skilled Worker specialized in scaffolding assembly** for construction site work, capable of performing both scaffolding assembly tasks and supporting insulation work. **Desirable Requirements and Qualifications**: Positive consideration will be given to candidates with: * Training from the **Construction Workers’ Foundation** in: * Tubular Structures * Insulation * A **60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) course** * Prior experience in the construction sector **Main Responsibilities – Scaffolding Assembly:** * Unloading trucks and receiving materials * Distributing materials on-site * Cleaning and maintaining modular components * Assembling scaffolding structures * Leveling, plumb-checking, and securing components * Installing protective systems (guardrails, safety nets, tarps, canopies) * Installing auxiliary elements (ladders, access points, protected walkways) * Verifying measurements, heights, and distances of the assembly * Inspecting anchors and fixings to the building structure * Dismantling simple scaffolds under supervision **Insulation Work:** * Unloading and distributing materials * Cleaning and maintaining equipment and materials * Removing metal cladding * Installing and removing insulating materials: * Blanket insulation * Pre-formed pipe insulation (coquilla) * Cellular glass (Foamglass) * Polyurethane **Other Responsibilities:** * Completing work reports * Complying with safety, quality, and environmental regulations * Maintaining order and cleanliness at the worksite * Participating in continuous improvement initiatives * Collaborating with and sharing knowledge across the team * Performing duties specific to this position or providing support to other roles **What We Are Looking For:** * A responsible and committed individual * Ability to work effectively in a team * Proactive attitude with strong orientation toward safety \*Possibility of having personal transportation for commuting to the workplace.
