* Socio-labor support and accompaniment for people with disabilities. * Design, monitoring, and evaluation of individualized insertion pathways. * Identification of social, personal, and labor-related needs. * Promotion of autonomy and development of social and labor skills. * Organization, search, and management of training activities adapted to the needs of workers. * Planning and facilitation of leisure, participation, and social inclusion activities. * Mediation among workers, companies, families, and community resources. * Coordination with multidisciplinary teams and external services. * Preparation of reports, records, and technical documentation. * Advisory support for workplace adaptation and assistance in resolving incidents. * Promotion of inclusion, equal opportunities, and job retention.
