At Incarlopsa, a leading company in the production of high-quality meat products, we are seeking an **IT SYSTEM OPERATOR** for our central plant’s slaughterhouse systems department. What are we looking for? * Technical education (Computer Science, ASIR/SMR) and prior experience ranging from advanced internships/first projects to over one year in systems administration or infrastructure support. * **Systems and Networks:** + Proficiency in **Microsoft Windows** environments (servers and workstations) and practical knowledge of **GNU/Linux**. + **Connectivity and perimeter security:** Basic understanding or hands-on experience configuring and managing **switches** (VLANs, ports) and **firewalls** (filtering rules, NAT, basic VPNs). + Experience with **Active Directory** and essential network services (DNS, DHCP). * **Virtualization and Hardware:** * Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as **Proxmox VE**, **VMware**, or **Hyper\-V**. * Curiosity or experience managing server hardware (HP ProLiant, Dell). * **Equipment assembly:** Assemble, prepare, and configure computers and workstations. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? * **Technical support and proximity:** Provide efficient and coordinated technical support to office software users across our locations. * **Hardening and security:** Participate in workstation and server hardening and security tasks to keep our infrastructure protected. * **Server and virtualization management:** Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating virtual servers and containers (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper\-V). * **Day-to-day administration:** Manage users, groups, access rights, applications, and printers. * **Optimization and learning:** Collaborate on monitoring and continuously improving technological resources, learning from every challenge. Minimum educational requirements: * Higher vocational qualification or equivalent. Minimum requirements: * Basic knowledge or experience with systems. * Personal lab projects. * Interest in or training on methodologies such as **ITIL**, or official certifications. * Availability for split-shift work. * Availability for on-site work (Tarancón)
