We are looking for a **Senior Process Consultant** with experience in operational mining process improvement (open-pit). **Primary Purpose:** **Optimize and improve mining processes**, focusing on achieving the **Full Potential** of operations. This role aims to generate tangible impact on productivity, efficiency, and sustainability through data analysis, management of key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementation of **continuous improvement** strategies at open-pit mining sites. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct diagnostics and documentation of operational mining processes (open-pit). * Identify improvement opportunities and design value-capture initiatives. * Analyze and model operational data to support data-driven decision-making. * Implement and monitor management indicators (KPIs) to track performance and sustainability of improvements.
