We are looking for a **Data Analyst** with a Business Intelligence profile to join a digital analytics and MarTech transformation project in the education sector. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The selected candidate will become part of the **Data Analytics \& MarTech** team, working cross\-functionally with the **Paid Media, SEO, and Development** teams to ensure data reliability and generate analyses and insights that support business decision\-making. **You will have the opportunity to** ------------------------------------ ### **Data Visualization \& Reporting** * Design, build, and maintain operational and executive dashboards in **Looker Studio** and other visualization tools. * Produce business and marketing KPI reports by consolidating data sources from **GA4, Adobe Analytics, Paid Media, and SEO** . * Document metrics and formally define KPIs, including naming conventions, calculation formulas, data sources, and update frequency. * Monitor campaigns and perform omnichannel attribution analysis to support media investment optimization. ### **Data Engineering** * Extract, transform, and clean data using advanced SQL in **BigQuery** . * Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, including semantic modeling, testing, and transformation documentation. * Collaborate on the migration and modernization of ETL processes toward cloud infrastructure ( **GCP** ). * Contribute to the evolution of the project’s analytical **Data Warehouse** architecture. * Apply data quality standards, including validation, cataloging, and transformation traceability. ### **Privacy \& Measurement** * Collaborate with implementation teams in maintaining tagging systems in **GTM (web and server\-side)** and in the development of **Adobe Analytics** . * Implement privacy\-first solutions, including cookieless strategies, **CMP (Didomi)** integration, and **Google Consent Mode v2** configuration. * Demonstrate knowledge of digital privacy regulations and privacy\-first measurement solutions. ### **Applied Artificial Intelligence** * Show interest and willingness to incorporate AI\-driven solutions into the workflow, including process automation, anomaly detection, and AI\-assisted reporting and insight generation. **What will help you succeed?** ------------------------------- * 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles. * Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and transformation in **BigQuery** . * Experience with **Google Analytics 4** and knowledge of the **Google Cloud Platform** ecosystem. * Ability to design and maintain dashboards in **Looker Studio** or similar visualization tools. * Knowledge of data governance principles, including data quality, lineage, and metric documentation. * Familiarity with **Adobe Analytics** and willingness to integrate it into the working environment. * Ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities in data, translating analysis into concrete and actionable recommendations for business and media teams. * Technical documentation skills, including KPI definitions, specifications, and data catalogs. * Strong focus on data activation: connecting analysis with campaign decisions, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization. * Ability to communicate insights clearly and adapt communication to different stakeholders, whether technical profiles, media teams, or business leadership. **Nice to Have** ---------------- * Experience with **dbt, Dataform** , or similar data transformation tools. * Experience with data orchestration tools such as **Airflow** or equivalent solutions. * Knowledge of **Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target,** or **Adobe Journey Optimizer** . * Experience with omnichannel attribution models, customer segmentation, or **Marketing Mix Modeling** . * Knowledge of machine learning techniques applied to marketing. * Familiarity with **Salesforce** for CRM data analysis. * Google certifications ( **Google Analytics, Google Cloud, Looker** ). * Experience working with agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams. * Active interest in artificial intelligence applied to data and marketing.
