




At Ibertech, we are seeking highly motivated **Antenna Design Engineers** to join our R&D team in the development of advanced radar and electronic warfare (EW) systems. The selected candidate will participate in the design, analysis, integration, and validation of high-performance antenna systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in cutting-edge technological environments. **Location:** Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), Barcelona, or Vigo **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Contract Type:** Permanent **Working Hours:** Full-time **Responsibilities:** * Analyze system requirements and define antenna architectures and key capabilities. * Design and develop antennas and related components, optimizing size, performance, weight, and cost. * Use electromagnetic simulation tools such as CST, HFSS, Grasp, Ticra, Champ, and MATLAB. * Design low-cost radiating elements and polarizers for wide bandwidths and broad scanning angles. * Participate in the design and analysis of RF/microwave components for phased array antennas. * Generate technical documentation: specifications, reports, design reviews, and presentations. * Design circuits on PCBs and ceramic substrates. * Develop test, integration, verification, validation, and risk assessment plans. * Perform antenna measurements, analyze results, and deliver internal and customer-facing technical presentations. * Coordinate with engineering teams: RF, mechanical, manufacturing, thermal, digital, etc. **Requirements:** * Degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications, with specialization in antennas and RF/microwaves. * Solid knowledge of electromagnetism, antenna design, polarizers, and radomes. * Experience in antenna design: spiral, Vivaldi, slot, horn, etc., and phased array antennas. * Experience in RF component design: dividers, couplers, transitions, etc. * Knowledge of the complete system development lifecycle (design, analysis, manufacturing, testing, delivery). * Proficiency with RF instrumentation: signal generators, spectrum and network analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc. * Ability to perform antenna pattern measurements (gain, G/T, beamwidth, polarization, etc.). * Experience with simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, and MATLAB. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Advanced level of English.
