At **Logicalis Spain**, we are looking to hire a **Critical Infrastructure Administrator** to join a specialized team responsible for managing and evolving high-availability platforms. We seek a candidate with experience in administering complex infrastructures, capable of operating effectively in critical environments and participating in incident resolution, task automation, and continuous service improvement. **Responsibilities** * Administration and support of Linux/Unix environments. * Management of virtualized platforms and critical infrastructures. * Administration of middleware servers (Apache, Nginx, JBoss, Redis, Memcached, and similar technologies). * Administration of SAN storage environments and enterprise storage arrays. * Management of replication, snapshots, and storage strategies. * Administration of backup and disaster recovery platforms using Commvault. * Participation in the design, maintenance, and validation of business continuity strategies (active/active, active/standby, and active/backup). * Execution of recovery tests and contingency plans (DRP/BRS). * Automation of operational tasks via scripting. * Resolution of critical incidents, root cause analysis, and preparation of technical documentation. **Minimum Requirements** * Experience in Linux/Unix system administration. * Knowledge of virtualization. * Experience with web and application servers such as Apache, Nginx, JBoss, Redis, Memcached, or similar technologies. * Experience administering SAN environments, enterprise storage arrays, replication, and snapshots. * Knowledge of Commvault and backup platforms. * Experience with high-availability strategies, business continuity, and disaster recovery. * Knowledge of automation via scripting (Bash, Python, or similar). * Ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents in critical environments. * Teamwork skills and a cross-functional view of infrastructure. **Conditions:** * Stable employment position. * Hybrid work model: two days per week onsite in Madrid. * Flexible working hours, with a condensed workday on Fridays and during summer. * A personal day off for your birthday and another for personal matters. * Access to flexible compensation plans (meal card, transport card, and childcare assistance). * Private health insurance and Wellhub. * Exclusive employee discounts on various services and training programs. * Continuous training and certifications tailored to the role. * Professional development through participation in highly critical projects leveraging market-leading technologies.
