Country Spain Province Seseña \- Toledo Application Deadline 20/01/2026 Category Direct Care, Cooperation / Emergency / Humanitarian Aid **Information about the NGO** Diaconia **Rating** (1 rating) **info** Response rate: 50.63% **info** **Objective** ------------ * **Position Mission**: Individual and group psychological care for beneficiaries, as well as development of intervention plans and psychological reports according to identified needs.* **Responsibilities:** * Welcoming and assessing beneficiaries entering the service. * Identifying the psychological/psychiatric care needs of the target population. * Detecting, assessing, and monitoring possible vulnerabilities or specific needs of individuals served by the service. * Referring cases requiring specialized psychological/psychiatric care (e.g., gender-based violence, severe mental health disorders, substance use, eating disorders, etc.) to appropriate resources. * Providing clinical care according to the individual’s needs and requests. * Offering psychological support and accompaniment to those who request or require it. * Monitoring and responding to suicide attempts. * Conducting group interventions addressing, from a holistic perspective, expectations, health promotion, self-esteem, stress management, coping strategies, resilience, trauma, guilt, grief, etc. * Preparing psychological diagnoses and reports useful for documenting the beneficiary’s situation, with particular expertise in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), to be included in the relevant support pathway and, where applicable, used to certify psychological vulnerability before various administrative bodies. * Accompanying beneficiaries to specialized services, when deemed necessary. * Implementing actions aimed at preventing more serious psychological harm. * Mediating in conflict situations and providing urgent intervention during crises. * Preparing reports, adaptations, and proposals for improving plans, programs, and projects related to the care program and associated administrative management, if applicable. * Recording data in designated tools, including the organization’s database and any other databases involved in program management. * Attending and participating in team meetings and training sessions. * Representing the organization at forums, events, and conferences linked to the program’s objectives. * Promoting and organizing activities that strengthen team cohesion and wellbeing. * Carrying out tasks assigned by local coordination. * Performing other duties assigned according to the needs of the service units. * Responding to emergencies through telephone on-call shifts. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Licentiate Degree in Psychology. * Master’s degree or official certification in General Health Psychology. * Mandatory professional registration. * **Permanent Contract** * **Working Hours: 39 hours per week** * Schedule: Mon & Thu 9\-5:00 PM; Tue & Wed 1:00\-9:00 PM; Fri 9:00 AM\-4:00 PM * The International Protection Reception Facility is located in SESEÑA; a personal vehicle is required. ***In our selection processes, we uphold the principle of equal opportunity without discrimination based on gender; our criterion is the candidates’ merits (education and experience).*** **Competencies:** Problem Analysis and Resolution, Organization and Planning, Interpersonal Communication **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Not specified **Salary:** Between 24\.001 and 30\.000 € gross/year **Minimum Education:** Master’s degree **Minimum Experience:** At least 2 years **Start Date:** 30/12/2025 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
