We are currently seeking a BIM Modeler to develop national and international Data Centre and Life Sciences projects. We are looking for a subject-matter expert within our team for our offices in Madrid or Barcelona. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Modeling of architecture and/or electrical and mechanical installations in AutoCAD and Revit. * Detection and resolution of interdisciplinary clashes (clash detection). * Extraction of measurements and quantities from the BIM model. * Generation of drawings, construction details, and technical documentation from the model. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical education at vocational or higher education level. * Prior experience as a modeler in AutoCAD and Revit environments. * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360, or other BIM coordination tools will be considered an advantage. **WE OFFER** * Opportunity to join an innovative multinational firm delivering high-technology national and international projects in data centers, cleanrooms, and complex industrial buildings. * Continuous training plan on BIM tools and international standards. * A positive work environment, an ethical and transparent company focused on employee development. * A stable full-time position with an indefinite contract. * Flexible working hours and remote work options (hybrid model). * Annual profit-sharing scheme. * Flexible compensation plan
