During the program, you will combine: * Professional immersion within our Internal Audit team, participating in projects related to technology risks, cybersecurity, data management and processing, information systems, process outsourcing, and technology-related controls at the bank. You will work in a dynamic environment with a cross-functional view of processes, platforms, and risks—learning how technology supports the daily operations of a global financial institution. * Specialized postgraduate education in Auditing with CUNEF University. The scholarship will be remunerated and include financial support for studies. Additionally, you will have free access to facility services and the staff cafeteria. You will also join our Talent Wave—a network of contacts comprising individuals who have undergone the same experience—enabling you to share learnings and participate in various events throughout the year. **The start date is scheduled for late September 2026, and the program duration is one year.** What are we looking for? * Final-year undergraduate or recent graduates with degrees or postgraduate qualifications in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. * Candidates with interest in technology, cybersecurity, data, information systems, risk management, and the financial sector will also be valued. * English proficiency level equal to or higher than B2\. * We seek individuals with analytical ability, rigor in drawing conclusions, high motivation and commitment, collaborative spirit, adaptability, capacity for learning, interest in technology, and ease working in teams.
