Are you interested in participating in the development of advanced radar systems within the defense sector?
We are looking for a Systems Engineer with experience in functional definition, requirements management, and systems architectures, to join high-complexity technological projects related to radar systems and AESA architectures.
### **What You Will Do**
* Define and manage system and product requirements.
* Prepare technical documentation associated with system development:
+ Requirements specifications.
+ Architecture and design documents.
+ Definition of physical and logical interfaces.
* Participate in systems engineering activities and lifecycle management of development.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary hardware, software, and systems teams.
* Interact with clients in technical and project monitoring activities.
* Participate in the functional design of radar systems and AESA architectures.
**Requirements**
* Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Aeronautics, or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering, preferably in radar environments.
* Experience in:
+ Requirements management and traceability.
+ Tools such as DOORS.
+ MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering).
+ Definition of systems architectures.
+ Management of systems and development lifecycles.
* Knowledge of embedded radar systems.
* High level of English (C1).
* Strong communication skills, autonomy, and goal orientation.
* Experience in technical client interaction.
### **Desirable**
* Experience in defense and security systems.
* Advanced knowledge of AESA architectures.
* Participation in international or highly critical technological projects.

**What Is Our Selection Process Like?**
