Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to develop projects in the construction sector, supervise construction sites, manage budgets, and coordinate installations, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product development and evolution in construction projects 2. End-to-end management of renovation projects and on-site construction supervision 3. Coordination of installations and direct customer service We are looking for a candidate to develop projects at a construction company located in Burgos. Main responsibilities will include product evolution, understanding customer needs to propose additional solutions, and detailed preparation of renovation projects. The position also involves direct on-site construction supervision, creation and tracking of accurate budgets, and close collaboration with the procurement department to ensure availability of required materials. Additionally, the role includes coordination of installations, direct customer service, and follow-up of all sales. A full-time working schedule is offered, comprising 37 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Friday. The schedule will be split-shift, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a role identical or similar to the one described. * We seek a dynamic and versatile individual. * Residence near the workplace is considered an advantage. Vocational Training Certificate (GS) in Mechanical Manufacturing Design, Building Projects, or similar; Civil Engineering Projects or similar.
