Description

**You will be responsible for the general maintenance of the property:** you will identify and report any malfunctions, coordinate necessary repairs, and ensure that common areas are always in good condition. You will also monitor the entry and exit of students and staff, verifying that only authorized personnel access restricted areas. Additionally, you will carry out surveillance tasks by monitoring security cameras and maintaining an active presence to prevent risks and respond swiftly to any emergency. You will keep records of tasks performed, plan preventive maintenance, and follow established protocols. You will also be responsible for cleaning courtyards and storage areas, handle user requests, manage parcel deliveries, and assist visitors with a friendly and efficient approach. You will operate specialized equipment and products safely. This position offers an indefinite contract, full-time working hours, and a gross salary ranging from €1300 to €1600.
