Job Summary: Air Liquide Healthcare is seeking a passionate nurse to join its team in Castilla y León, delivering high-quality home healthcare to patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate home visits and educate patients on equipment and therapy. 2. Provide personalized care and resolve questions and incidents. 3. Monitor therapy progress and coordinate with the hospital. You will be responsible for: * Coordinating and managing home visits with patients and their families. * Instructing and educating patients on the use of prescribed equipment and therapy. * Providing personalized care to resolve questions and incidents.
