For new projects in the real estate sector, we require a **JUNIOR BIM ARCHITECT FOR STUDIES AND PROJECTS**, reporting to Management. **Burgos** **Responsibilities** * + Primary mission will be the development of Preliminary Studies, Basic Projects, and Execution Projects for residential, hotel, and commercial buildings. + Will participate in all phases of project development. **Requirements** * + Architect + Prior experience—professional or internship-based—in other architecture studios will be valued. + Knowledge and experience in BIM methodology **Competencies** * + Specific education in Architecture + REVIT experience or knowledge is required + Knowledge of other BIM design applications or software will be valued + Additional knowledge in architecture, construction, MEP engineering, and structural engineering will be valued + Methodical, proactive person with enthusiasm and curiosity to learn, and eager to work collaboratively. **Work Location** * + Burgos **Languages** * + English level: B2 desirable **What We Offer** * + Immediate incorporation + Long-term project + Real growth opportunities + Project and company in clear expansion. + We seek architecture enthusiasts eager to grow professionally.
