Professional development and continuous training **Description:** ---------------- At **CE Consulting Norte**, we are a team of over 85 specialists in comprehensive business advisory and consulting. We are looking to incorporate a **Labor Advisor** into our professional team across any of our three offices (VALLADOLID, LEÓN, and BURGOS) to advise and guide companies and self-employed individuals on all matters related to the labor field, optimize their resources through effective and efficient process management, and deliver the commitment and professionalism required by clients/companies to achieve established objectives—ensuring respectful and appropriate communication at all times and consistently developing customized solutions adapted to each client/company. **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Full payroll cycle management (incident entry, IRPF and payroll calculations, verifications, payments, and closures). * Preparation of employment contracts; related documentation and settlement agreements. * Management of loans, advances, and judicial garnishments. * Preparation of monthly reports. * Preparation and filing of tax returns (forms 111, 190, 216, etc.). * Reporting of remuneration concepts. * Management of Social Security contributions and affiliations (Siltra, Sistema Red). * Customer support and service. * Client/company advisory services. **Conditions:** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30/08:00–15:30/16:00 * Work Modality: On-site with two optional remote workdays per week. * Salary: To be determined based on selected profile (€24,000–€28,000 Gross per Year) * Location: Any of our offices in Valladolid, León, or Burgos. * Start Date: September 2025 We seek a solution-oriented, client-focused, organized individual who wishes to join a company committed to professional development, continuous training, a positive work environment, work-life balance, and team motivation.
