You will join the company’s headquarters in Redován, with the primary objective of taking charge of our systems, assuming responsibility for their security, maintenance, and improvement—always supported by the rest of the IT team. You will form a strategic partnership with the Digitalization Manager, working closely together to ensure our technological infrastructure supports and enhances new business tools and the ERP system. * Location: Redován * Start Date: Immediate What We Expect From You? * We need a self-motivated individual capable of taking charge of our systems. * Your role will combine redesigning and optimizing the current architecture with daily platform management, establishing a solid foundation that not only optimizes performance of current services but also enables deployment of the company’s planned strategic projects. * You will work in close coordination with the Digitalization Manager to align infrastructure capacity (servers, networks, cloud) with requirements of new software projects and the current ERP, as well as jointly design and evaluate new tools and solutions—validating their feasibility, security, and compatibility with the existing systems architecture. Requirements * Extensive and demonstrable experience in Systems Administration, preferably in Windows environments. * Advanced proficiency in SQL Server: Not only at the user level, but deep database administration (optimization, maintenance, backup, recovery). * Obsession with Backup: Experience defining robust disaster recovery strategies.
