Collaborative and innovative working environment **Description:** ---------------- **Join eXperience IT Solutions and become part of a leading IT services company across Spain!** We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst with a solid software development background and experience in technologies such as Java, frontend and/or PHP, as well as CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or Drupal). You will play a key role in transforming requirements into technical and economic proposals, and in designing functional documentation to guide the development team. UX (User Experience) knowledge is highly valued, contributing expertise toward defining intuitive and functional user experiences. **What We Offer:** * Professional development and continuous training opportunities. * Workplace flexibility to balance personal and professional life. * Flexible compensation and benefits supporting your mental and emotional wellbeing. * Continuous training on key procedures and technologies. * A collaborative and innovative working environment within a leading IT solutions company. * Remote work arrangement. **Key Responsibilities:** \> Proposals * Collaborate with engineers and commercial teams to develop proposals based on PPTs or client requirements. * Analyze provided documentation and translate it into technical and economic scope. * Define planning, effort estimation and cost, and prepare the final proposal document. \> Requirements Analysis and Collection * Work with business and development teams to identify and document functional requirements. * Lead interviews and workshops with stakeholders to capture user and business needs. \> Estimation and Planning * Estimate required efforts and resources (hours, phases, dependencies). * Coordinate with technical and management teams to ensure feasible timelines. \> Functional Design and Documentation * Create detailed functional documentation: use cases, user stories, flowcharts, technical specifications. * Design functional solutions meeting quality standards and facilitating implementation by the development team. Among all these responsibilities, the primary function will be preparing proposals across various technologies, estimating work packages for ongoing projects, and producing project documentation. **Requirements:** --------------- Minimum Required Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or in similar roles. * Solid software development background (practical knowledge of Java, frontend and/or PHP). * Experience with CMS (WordPress, Drupal or others). * Ability to prepare technical and economic proposals (estimations, scope definition, planning). * Skills to lead stakeholder interviews/workshops. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Organizational skills to produce clear, reproducible, and maintainable documentation. * Preferred qualifications: UX knowledge, Agile environment experience, and proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar. **If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, don’t hesitate—apply now… we’re waiting for you!!** Our commitment is to foster respectful and dignified workplaces, consistently supporting the professional growth of all employees.
