Your Mission We are looking for an F\&B Supervisor to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering unique experiences, this is your place. What Will You Do Daily With Us? * Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring guest needs are met and they enjoy a pleasant experience in the hotel’s restaurants and bars. * Assist in managing food and beverage inventory, including receiving, storage, and stock control, to ensure adequate availability. * Place weekly orders for various outlets. * Support the organization and execution of events and banquets—from venue setup to service during the event—and ensure guest satisfaction. * Manage human resources (ETT) and track them via Excel for various events. * Supervise accurate billing and resolve potential incidents. * Oversee daily cash reconciliation and POS closing for the Restaurant and hand over funds to Reception for verification. * Direct, supervise, and plan all departmental activities and staff under your supervision. * Coordinate and assign shifts to operational staff. * Professionally address and resolve guest complaints. * Train and motivate the team. * Collaborate with other departments for special events. * Supervise presentation and quality of served products. * Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regularly update them. Qualifications What Would We Like You To Bring? * Prior experience in a similar role within a 5\*-star hotel. * Previous experience managing teams. * Leadership skills, accustomed to teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration. * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on luxury and attention to detail. * Detail-oriented, organized, and possessing excellent communication skills. * Analytical mindset, capable of making quick decisions in dynamic environments. * Education in hospitality, F\&B management, or a related field. * Advanced English proficiency (C1/B2\).
