This position also involves warmly receiving customers and visitors, resolving simple queries, and explaining internal procedures. It is important that you adapt to daily needs and work well within a team. Fluency in English is required to communicate confidently in basic conversations and to transfer both domestic and international calls. Prior experience in reception or customer service roles is essential. Initiative and a positive attitude are highly valued. The contract is temporary.
