A leading company in the river tourism sector in Seville is seeking to hire a **Maître** to coordinate and supervise food service and customer care aboard our tourist vessels. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring an excellent gastronomic and service experience for our customers during cruises along the Guadalquivir River, coordinating the dining team and guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and service. Main responsibilities * Organization and supervision of onboard dining service. * Coordination of waitstaff and customer service personnel. * Oversight of setup, service, and closing procedures for each cruise. * Coordination with the kitchen, crew, and operational management. * Stock control and ordering of beverages and dining supplies. Requirements * Experience in food service, hospitality, or events. * Leadership, organizational skills, and customer orientation. * Availability for flexible working hours. * Professional appearance and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications * Education in Hospitality, Tourism, or Gastronomy. * Knowledge of protocol and service standards. * Food handling certification.
