We are currently seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Administrator to join an important international project, participating in digital marketing initiatives, campaign automation, and administration of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for a globally leading client. ***What do we offer?*** * Stable international project. * 100% remote work mode. * Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00\. * Immediate onboarding. * Participation in a global, multidisciplinary technology environment. * Professional stability and growth opportunities. ***Responsibilities*** * Administer and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. * Design, build, and maintain automations using Automation Studio. * Configure, manage, and optimize multichannel customer journeys using Journey Builder. * Manage data structures and segmentation using Contact Builder. * Create, configure, and maintain email marketing campaigns through Email Studio. * Develop and maintain data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and external systems. * Manage contact import processes, subscriptions, unsubscriptions, and data deletion. * Configure and maintain organizational-level suppression lists. * Manage and resolve issues related to campaigns, automations, and message deliveries. * Analyze and resolve email and SMS deliverability issues. * Diagnose and correct AMPscript and triggered send errors. * Participate in platform maintenance tasks, releases, and performance and consumption optimization. * Configure and maintain Lead Capture processes. * Apply security, privacy, and permission management best practices. * Collaborate with international business, marketing, and technology teams. * **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Solid experience in: Contact Builder. Automation Studio. Journey Builder. Email Studio. * Demonstrable experience building and maintaining automations, data integrations, and multichannel customer journeys (email, SMS, and push notifications). * Advanced knowledge of AMPscript. * Experience with SQL. * Knowledge of HTML and CSS. * Experience resolving incidents within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Experience managing contacts: List imports. Subscriptions and unsubscriptions. Data deletion and maintenance. * Ability to handle complex scenarios involving: Corporate suppression lists. Triggered Sends.
