We are a leading company in the insurance sector and we want to add enthusiastic individuals with sales skills to our team to contribute to our continuous growth. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Making outbound calls to databases provided by the company to acquire new customers * Making offers and providing personalized advice based on identified customer needs * Explaining and detailing the products and services offered * Closing commercial transactions **We offer:** * Employment contract for 20 or 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The position is on-site and represents a stable opportunity, initially temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent upon meeting performance goals * This position is NOT for temporary campaigns, as we aim to expand and consolidate our professional team * Initial online training to familiarize you with our products and, above all, how to perform your job effectively * Training through our online platform to obtain the official MEDIATOR certification (officially recognized) required by the Directorate General of Insurance to carry out the role * Professional development within the insurance sector Requirements **We are looking for:** * Empathy and the ability to identify customer needs in order to guide them and offer the best high-value-added insurance solutions * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation * Experience in the insurance sector will be valued, as well as holding insurance certificates B and level 3 **Join our team!**
