HS&E Coordinator – Argentina

Job Summary: Coordinate and manage the effective operation of the HS&E Management System, leading activities and implementing controls for policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the HS&E Management System and ensure legal compliance. 2. Lead risk management, training, and emergency response. 3. Serve as the point of contact for HS&E audits, KPIs, and ISO standards. Campana or nearby areas / CABA Health \& Safety Job Type: Full Time Type: Full time Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage the effective operation of the HS\&E Management System across the company’s offices and operational sites in Argentina to ensure leadership of activities and implementation of controls for policies, programs, and procedures covering Health (H), Occupational Safety (S), and Environment (E), as well as organizational policies, legal requirements, and stakeholder expectations. * Serve as the focal point for tracking internal and external HS\&E audit processes, KPI management and HS\&E reporting, and collaborate with the Quality Coordination team on management-related matters. * Manage requirements related to quality standards, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, as well as implementation of organizational requirements, applicable legislation in Argentina and the provinces where the company operates in HS\&E matters. * Manage and lead processes for identifying and tracking delivery of PPE, hazard identification and risk assessment, budget management for the department, and inspection and control activities in occupational safety and health to ensure compliance with specific and general requirements. * Identify personnel training needs, manage and lead training processes, manage emergency identification and response processes, and conduct HSE monitoring at locations. * Collect environmental-related information such as carbon footprint, waste management, etc. Requirements: * Engineer or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Hygiene or a related field with professional registration (**mandatory).** * Proficiency in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * English proficiency: Intermediate **(minimum demonstrable B1 level).** * Knowledge of the hydrocarbons industry or related sectors. * Experience in certification processes or prior employment with a related regulatory body. * Field experience in HSE audits and inspections. * Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Knowledge of Argentine legislation regarding occupational safety and environmental protection. * Willingness and ability to travel within Argentina.
