And now we’re landing in Spain! The Challenge We are looking for Store Assistants to join our store team. You will become part of a dynamic environment, collaborating on daily tasks as directed by the supervisory team. Your goal will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience and contribute to in-store sales success. Your Responsibilities * Maintain company operational and compliance standards. * Ensure all daily routines are carried out according to instructions from the supervisory team. * Participate in stock processing and replenishment. * Serve customers and handle cash register transactions. * Efficiently manage returns in accordance with established procedures. * Guarantee product presentation and organisation to optimise sales. * Participate in the store’s end-of-cycle activities. * Comply at all times with health and safety standards. * Demonstrate courtesy and collaboration towards customers, colleagues, and supervisors. * Show knowledge of brands and products. * Promote and embody TJX Europe’s values in every interaction. * Carry out additional maintenance, cleaning, or operational support tasks as required.
