At SOCOTEC Spain, we are an international engineering firm specializing in inspection, quality control, testing, and technical consultancy, participating in infrastructure, industrial, and construction projects throughout the asset lifecycle. We are currently seeking to hire an NDT Inspector to participate in various projects and serve clients across the Barcelona area. Job Mission The selected candidate will perform non-destructive inspections and tests in diverse industrial and construction-site environments, ensuring compliance with the quality and safety standards established for each project. The role involves coordinating with various technical teams and participating in diverse projects for clients across multiple sectors. Responsibilities * Conducting non-destructive tests in the field. * Performing inspections according to applicable procedures and regulations. * Preparing technical reports and recording test results. * Verifying compliance with quality and safety criteria. * Coordinating with project managers and clients. * Traveling to different locations and projects within the assigned area. Requirements * Certification to UNE\-EN ISO 9712 in at least one of the following methods: + UT (Ultrasonic Testing) + VT (Visual Testing) + MT (Magnetic Particle Testing) + PT (Liquid Penetrant Testing) * Prior experience conducting non-destructive tests and inspections. * Valid driving license category B and willingness to travel. * Ability to work in varied environments and on diverse projects. * A responsible, organized, and technically quality-oriented profile. Preferred Qualifications * Additional NDT certifications. * Experience in industrial sectors, oil \& gas, energy, metallic structures, or infrastructure. * Experience managing multiple clients and simultaneous projects. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training.
