Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles. Set up and maintain cleanliness of the bar, bar units, tables, and other equipment. Prepare fresh drink garnishes. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to the bar setup area. Wash soiled glassware. Remove soiled dishes from bar tops and tables and place them in designated areas. Anticipate and communicate restocking needs. Process all forms of payment. At shift end, count the cash drawer, complete the required cashier report, resolve discrepancies, deposit receipts, and secure the cash drawer. Ensure security of alcohol, beer, wine, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Perform closing duties. Comply with all company, safety, and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous work conditions to management, and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniforms and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and protect company assets. Welcome all guests according to company standards, express appreciation, anticipate and address guest service needs, and sincerely thank guests. Communicate clearly and professionally with others.
