Seeking a BMS technician who has the necessary knowledge to perform functions as an Energy Manager. Main responsibilities will include monitoring and integration of climate control installations: \- Configuration of schedules, calendars and operating setpoints. \- Daily supervision of climate control and comfort conditions in buildings. \- Periodic reports on the status of the monitoring system. \- Changes in control system configurations. \- Management of annual regulatory inspections of control systems, providing documentation with test records and checklists. \- Experience with various protocols such as Bacnet IP, Bacnet MS/TP, Modbus IP, etc. Additionally, Energy Manager duties will include: \- Programming and implementing routines to facilitate task execution. \- Knowledge of energy savings measurement and verification protocols, interpretation and application of current regulations. \- Proficiency in using the Energy Information System (SIE).
