We are looking for a **Cybersecurity Project Consultant** with project management experience and knowledge of **SOC/SIEM** environments, who brings solid expertise in their processes and technologies (SIEM, XSOAR, EDR, among others). The selected candidate will lead and manage key projects, working closely with client operational teams. We are seeking a dynamic professional with **strategic and technical vision**, capable of managing multiple projects involving the **implementation, optimization, and evolution of security platforms** within SOC/CERT environments. **What will you do on the project?** * **Lead and manage security projects** related to the evolution and improvement of SOC processes, technologies, and operational capabilities. * **Coordinate multidisciplinary teams** to ensure correct implementation of security solutions and compliance with client requirements. * **Define and optimize incident and security event management processes**, ensuring an efficient response aligned with industry best practices. * **Provide guidance on security architecture** for threat detection and response solutions (SIEM, XSOAR, EDR, etc.). * **Manage stakeholders and clients**, facilitating working meetings, gathering requirements, and aligning expectations with project objectives. * **Monitor project status**, identifying risks and dependencies, and ensuring delivery within established timelines. * **Ensure project alignment with security regulations and standards** in hybrid environments (multicloud, multidomain, private/public) and highly regulated sectors. **To feel comfortable in the role, the following are required:** * University degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. * Proven experience in managing security projects in SOC/SIEM/CERT environments. * Minimum 3\+ years of experience in offensive or defensive security, vulnerability management, or SOC operations. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and analytical skills. * Experience with SIEM tools (preferably Splunk) and EDR (preferably CrowdStrike). * Interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders and technical teams. * Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and/or security certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, etc.) desirable. * Advanced Catalan and English at B1/B2 level. **Rewrite your future.
