DESCRIPTION We are seeking a First-Class Mason in LLoseta, with the following responsibilities: * Perform all duties inherent to a First-Class Mason, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. * Carry out work across various construction specialties: general masonry, partitioning, cladding, foundations, new construction, renovations, finishes, among others. * Collaborate closely with the site supervisor or foreman to ensure proper execution of assigned tasks. * Once technical competence and commitment have been demonstrated, progressively assume coordination responsibilities for a team of 2–3 people. * Learn and apply additional technical knowledge provided by the company: reading and interpreting blueprints; coordinating with other trades such as electricians, carpenters, plumbers, etc.; basic resource management and task planning. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with the direct supervisor and other professionals on site. * Ensure order, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations in the work area. **Requirements** * Proven, substantial experience as a First-Class Mason. * Experience working across multiple construction areas, demonstrating versatility and comprehensive knowledge of the trade. * Must provide verifiable references from previous employers (direct contact or verified address). * Personal vehicle required for initial travel to INCA. **Conditions** * Employment contract governed by the applicable collective agreement, including all rights, vacation entitlements, and benefits established for the First-Class Mason category. * Working hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and during summer: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. * Ongoing internal training to assume higher-level responsibilities. * Opportunity to build and lead your own team from scratch, selecting candidates who will join under your supervision.
