We are seeking a **Real Estate Development Technician**, with a profile of Technical Architect or Building Surveyor, to join our team and participate in the supervision and monitoring of WIP (Work in Progress) projects.
**What would your responsibilities be?**
* Planning, supervision, and technical control of construction projects and real estate developments.
* Economic monitoring of the project: certifications, invoicing, cost control, and budget variances.
* Coordination with suppliers, contractors, engineering firms, and other involved parties.
* Resolution of incidents and risk management.
* Ongoing communication with clients to report progress and project status.
* Processing permits and handling procedures with public administrations and utility providers.
* Technical support to the commercial department during the pre-execution phase.
**What do we offer?**
* Permanent contract.
* Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
* Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Fridays (intensive schedule): 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

**Requirements:**
---------------
* Technical or university education (a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a Higher Technical Degree in Building Projects is desirable).
* Experience in requirements and administrative procedures with Public Administrations is desirable.
* Three years’ experience in a similar role will be positively valued.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel.
* Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
* Analytical capability.
