Candidates who are motivated to work and responsible An industrial company manufacturing construction materials, located in Cardedeu, requires the following position: PRODUCTION OPERATOR \- MACHINE OPERATOR. Initially, the role will be that of a production operator supervised by a Machine Operator who will provide on-the-job training until the candidate acquires the necessary knowledge and experience to become an official Machine Operator. Experience as a production operator * PRIMARY EDUCATION COMPLETED * Spanish (intermediate spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Candidates must be motivated to work, responsible, and eager to learn. Vocational training (FP) in mechanical or electrical fields is preferred but not mandatory; production operator experience is also valued. A personal vehicle is mandatory to commute to the company. * Driving License: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 2000 * Additional information: Fixed annual salary for 8 hours/day: €24,000 gross per year x 14 payments \+ overtime. Overtime hours and rates will be specified during the interview. Standard working day: 8 hours (possibility of up to \+ 2 daily overtime hours). Candidates willing to work rotating fortnightly shifts (morning and afternoon/night) will be prioritized. Morning shift: 7–13 and 14–16. Afternoon/night shift: 17–1. Direct employment contract with the company is offered.
