




A receptionist for an automotive sector company located in Mataró. The selected candidate will perform the following functions: * Welcome customers at reception and guide them through the facilities. * Handle customer calls and manage the switchboard. Provide face-to-face customer service, attending to their needs and interests, and making appropriate referrals. Accompany customers during their stay at our facilities with a friendly and respectful attitude. Conduct follow-up phone calls with customers to assess their satisfaction with the service provided. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, working split shifts between 08:30 and 18:30, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. * We are looking for a problem-solving person with a customer-oriented approach. * Living near the workplace is a plus. * Fluent spoken and written Spanish and Catalan.\- Basic/intermediate level of English. Training in administration or similar field.
