A recruitment consultancy is currently managing a hiring process on behalf of an expanding industrial and distribution company for an HR Manager.
This is an established company with a strong culture of proximity, people orientation, and continuous evolution, where the HR function plays a strategic role in business development.
**What will be your mission?**
You will be responsible for coordinating and comprehensively managing the Human Resources department, ensuring proper functioning of internal processes and supporting teams in their professional development, workplace climate, and well-being.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Comprehensive management of HR processes.
* Oversight of personnel administration.
* Management of employee onboarding, offboarding, labor incidents, and attendance control.
* Coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
* Monitoring of workplace climate and support to department heads.
* Visits to various work centers.
* Management of external training and internal development.
* Coordination with external payroll and labor administration firms.
* Coordination of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) matters with the External Prevention Service and participation in the Safety and Health Committee.
* Management and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Liaison with the Workers' Committee and support during collective bargaining processes.
* Monitoring of the Equality Plan and its measures.
* Resolution of employee inquiries and incidents.
* Coordination with external labor law and compliance advisory services.
* Proposal and implementation of improvements to HR policies and processes.
* Definition and monitoring of HR department KPIs.

**Requirements:**

**What are we looking for?**
* Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience.
* Experience in companies with 150–200 employees.
* Solid knowledge of labor administration and labor legislation.
* Experience in recruitment, performance evaluation, and payroll management.
* Organized, autonomous, solution-oriented, and strongly people-focused individual.
* Residence in Terrassa or surrounding areas.
* Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for travel between work centers.
* Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.
Especially valued:
* Knowledge of the Metal Trade Collective Agreement for the Province of Barcelona
* Experience with the Woffu ERP
