Description
We are seeking a person to be responsible for the analysis and optimization of injection molds in a company operating in the plastics industry. The role involves monitoring mold performance during production, adjusting process parameters, and ensuring that parts meet quality standards. It also includes diagnosing defects, identifying their root causes, and implementing solutions to prevent unplanned stoppages.
This position requires collaboration with the production team to coordinate interventions and plan necessary maintenance. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for sharing technical knowledge with colleagues and coordinating with external suppliers to improve workshop performance. This is a dynamic environment where adaptability and a practical mindset are essential for resolving daily manufacturing challenges.
The company offers an indefinite-term, full-time contract with a split work schedule, adapted to the plant’s operational needs. This is a stable, long-term project where the professional will have a direct impact on productivity and quality. Employment conditions comply with the sectoral collective agreement, within a close-knit, results-oriented environment.
Proven, substantial experience in injection mold maintenance and adjustment, as well as in managing related manufacturing processes, is required. In-depth knowledge of mold behavior under production conditions is essential, including hands-on experience with complex systems such as hot runner systems and slides. Practical experience with molds for large-sized parts made from materials like polypropylene or high-density polyethylene is particularly valued. The ideal candidate should possess a technically oriented profile focused on solving practical workshop problems, with strong analytical capabilities to identify root causes of defects and propose technical improvements. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, demanding industrial environment are mandatory.
