In this position, you will play a key role within the production area, ensuring compliance with quality standards, monitoring the critical path, and identifying potential risks to drive continuous improvement. You will work in an international environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, making a real impact on the quality of our garments. If you are passionate about the textile industry and wish to develop your career in a dynamic, global, and constantly evolving environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** • Lead and monitor the Critical Path, ensuring adherence to key production milestones for both *nearshore* and *offshore* operations. • Analyze QA team quality reports to identify trends, incidents, and opportunities for improvement. • Detect and assess production risks through KPIs, sharing key information and alerts with relevant teams. • Collaborate closely with the Procurement team to prioritize inspections based on business needs. • Maintain daily communication with origin inspectors to ensure alignment and operational efficiency. • Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and partners to implement corrective actions and improvement plans. • Collaborate with Quality and Procurement teams in reviewing inspected garments to ensure compliance with our standards. • Travel to origin factories in Asia to monitor production, guarantee quality standards, and strengthen supplier relationships. **ABOUT YOU** • Degree in Textile Engineering, Production, or Quality Management. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. • Advanced Excel proficiency. • A proactive, collaborative attitude and orientation toward working effectively in international environments. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Enjoy a flexible schedule and hybrid work model tailored to your needs.
