Position Summary: We are seeking an Employment Administrator to manage employee registrations, cancellations, and contracts in the Social Security Red System, resolve incidents, and supervise contract expiries. The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily management of employee registrations and cancellations in the Social Security Red System, as well as resolving any incidents that may arise. The candidate will be responsible for comprehensive management of employment contracts, including signing, processing required documentation, and registering them in •••••••••• Experience with Siltra and strong Excel proficiency will be valued, along with supervision of contract expiries. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with a weekly workload of 40 hours. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, in morning shifts. Specifically, four days will be scheduled from 8:00 to 15:00 or from 9:00 to 16:00, and one day from 7:00 to 16:30, always respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum two years’ experience in managing Social Security (Red System) registrations/cancellations and employment contracts. * We seek a responsible, proactive, dynamic, and versatile individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Proficient spoken and written Catalan. \- Spanish \- Native Catalan \- Native * Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
