




Summary: We are seeking a young person with a Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Administrative Management to assist, advise, and process citizens' files, manage the municipal register, and support electronic procedures. Youth interns (SOC – PROMOTION OF INTERNSHIPS). Beneficiaries of subsidized employment contracts must meet the following requirements: \- Be beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System. \- Be under 30 years of age. \- Be registered as unemployed jobseekers (DONO) at the Public Employment Service of Catalonia and possess the capacity to formalize a training employment contract for obtaining professional practice at the time of signing. \- Hold a CFGM qualification in Administrative Management enabling professional practice, and comply with the requirements stipulated for this type of training employment contract aimed at acquiring professional practice. All requirements and conditions must be verifiable on the working day immediately prior to the start of the contract. Promotion of youth employment (SOC YOUTH INTERNSHIPS) \- Assist, advise, and inform citizens regarding procedures or matters requiring attention. \- Inform citizens on how to carry out various procedures listed in the online service catalogue and provide general website information without needing to refer inquiries to the department. \- Process files and assume responsibility for their follow-up according to directives and procedures established by the supervisor, and issue related notifications. \- Manage and perform tasks associated with the municipal register of residents. \- Collect documentary background information and obtain necessary data for executing economic and/or administrative procedures or files. \- Carry out procedures falling under the competence of the Citizen Attention Office (OAC), in accordance with previously defined and agreed protocols with the various management departments. \- Assist interested parties in using electronic means, acting on behalf of citizens under Law 39/2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. \- Receive and handle, as first point of contact, citizen complaints, requests, and suggestions. \- Manage the incoming and outgoing registry, perform corresponding document distribution, and archive documentation where appropriate. \- Handle and redirect telephone calls and emails, and perform any other duties assigned by direct supervisors. * Experience: 0 months.
