Fluent spoken and written Catalan and Spanish A metal sector company located in the Cassà de la Selva area requires an Administrative Assistant to perform the following duties: * Telephone support. * Email management. * Invoice entry and management. * Supplier coordination. * Filing. * Other tasks related to the position. Part-time schedule of 20 hours per week from Monday to Friday, morning shift between 09:00 and 14:00, with breaks established by law. * Administrative and accounting experience. * We seek a responsible, solution-oriented individual with strong teamwork skills. * Proximity to the workplace is considered an advantage.
