Description
An educational assistant is needed for a residence in Tiana, Barcelona. The selected candidate will accompany and support residents in their daily activities, promoting their autonomy and well-being. Work takes place in a collaborative environment that prioritizes personalized care and social integration.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, participating in leisure and recreational activities, and accompanying users of the occupational center. Collaboration is also required in developing individualized care programs, recording and following established protocols. Desired qualities include a service-oriented vocation, empathy, teamwork ability, prior experience working with dependent or disabled populations, and a proactive and responsible attitude.

Qualifications: Training in Social Integration, Social Education, or Nursing Assistant. Valid driving license class B. Demonstrable experience working with individuals with intellectual or physical disabilities. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Immediate availability. Experience in residences or occupational centers is desirable. Strong communication skills, empathy, and teamwork ability.
